Pre-Orders and In-Stock, Understanding the Difference

SBB offers two types of items: pre-orders and in-stock.

All in-stock items will be shipped 2-5 days from ordering.

Pre-Order items have a timeline of 2-14 weeks from when they are ordered to when they arrive to SBB. All pre-order items have their estimated time of arrival (ETA) on their product page. Once the items are received to SBB we will ship them to you. At that time you will receive tracking information through Shopify or Paypal.

Ready to ship and pre-order items should not be checked out in the same transaction. If they are combined your order will not ship until all items in the order have arrived. We can only print one label per order. We are sorry for this inconvenience and always looking for ways to make it easier for our customers!

Shipping

We offer fast and free shipping on all purchases. We ship USPS first class for orders under a pound and USPS Priority for heavier items. Orders ship within 2-5 business days of ordering. Monogramming adds about 14 business days. SBB accepts no responsibility for packages once the carrier has shown acceptance.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not permitted. All sales are final.

In the event you receive the wrong item, or if your item is damaged, please reach out within 5 days of receipt. We will offer you a solution to make it right. Regardless of circumstances, we cannot offer any returns, replacements or refunds if it's been more than 5 days since delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at contact@sweetbluebonnet.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Clothing Care Tips

All of our items are new and unwashed. Dark colors bleed easily without pre-treatment. Pretreat fabric by soaking in a mixture of 75% white vinegar and 25% water for at least four hours. Additionally, we recommended using color catcher sheets in your washing machine.

For our clothing, we suggest hand washing or using the gentle cycle at a cold setting and then hanging to dry.
